Whatever you have. A 3D file (STL, 3MF, OBJ) is perfect — but a link to a design you found, a photo, or a plain-English description works too. We'll figure out the rest with you on WhatsApp.

Every custom piece is quoted individually — the price depends on size, colours, print time, quantity, and how complex the model is. You'll always get the exact price before we print anything, and the quote itself is free.

Paid designs: some models are sold by their designers. You purchase the design and share the file with us, then we quote the print.

No design yet? We'll quote the design work first. Once the design quote is approved and paid and the 3D model is ready, you'll get a separate print quote to approve before anything hits the printer.

Most custom pieces go from approved quote to your doorstep within days — we print to order in our own Dubai workshop, so there's no overseas shipping involved. Your quote includes the exact timeline.

Almost! We print original designs and properly licensed files, and we may decline anything we can't legally or safely print. One honest exception: precision replacement parts (gears, brackets, clips) re-created from photos — without exact measurements or a 3D scan, the failure risk is too high, so we generally don't take those on. Bulk and corporate orders are very welcome.
